Since 2003, Chef Hiro Nishikura and his apprentice, Yuki Ueno, were committed to bringing the most authentic, highest-quality Japanese cuisine to Melbourne diners. Following Chef Hiro's passing in 2025, his dedicated apprentice, Yuki Ueno, took the reins as Head Chef, committed to continuing the legacy and preserving the tradition of authentic Japanese cuisine.
